Love the feel and the looks. I use 2lb. line for trout fishing with ultra light rods.
You got to feel the trout and its fight!

Great Reel

I picked up this reel to throw smaller lures. So far I've taken mackerel in San Diego bay with this as well as rainbow trout in the local lakes.
The drag is smooth and the reel feels solid.

Using the Big size.
I have this on a 13' surf Rod. I bought the size 80 for that. It has 30lb/8 mono braided line on it. I put 300 yards on it and there is a LOT of room left on the spool.
The reel is very very smooth and pretty fast. It looks good, and the finish is great. I have used several reels before (mostly Daiwa and el cheapo stuff), and this is probably the best one I own. I won't hesitate to replace any of my other old reels with one of these when necessary.

Love this reel, would definitely recommend it to anglers who prefer spin casting reels to bait casting. I've landed some pretty good sized reds with this reel with ease, definitely the workhorse of the three rods and reels i own.
